Comercio IAChilean tax receipts, consumer law and payments for any AI agent.

An open extension to UCP (Google and Shopify) and ACP (OpenAI and Stripe). It adds what Chilean law requires and the standards don't cover: SII tax documents, the right of withdrawal, the legal warranty, credit notes and local payment methods.

Apache-2.0 license, like UCP and ACP. Anyone can implement it without asking.

The store sells

Payment goes to the store's own account. The specification never touches funds.

Compatible

An agent that doesn't know it keeps working, and the legal notices still reach it.

UCP/ACP core and payment providerWhat Comercio IA adds

Neither standard yet defines how to return the buyer to the agent after paying on an external page (UCP proposal #486), so the agent learns about the payment from the order.

Five conditions before we call it stable.
